Abstract

Jésabel Robin has been a lecturer in French for future primary-school teachers at the German-speaking Pädagogische Hochschule Bern (PH IVP) since 2007. She felt that most of her students were reluctant to their professional training in French, yet it is one of the subjects they are training to teach. Her research in language and culture pedagogy adopts social anthropological approaches with a view to study the attitude of the PH IVP students towards French. From mobility mapping to comprehensive interviews in self confrontation, she analyses diverse self-narratives and reveals a wide range of individual and collective representations of and about French. She also focuses on the pivotal effect of institutional experiences such as practical training in teaching French and mobility. These constraints trigger tensions between institutional thinking and individual experiences regarding French but also reveal gaps (so-called « interstices institutionnels ») within the institution itself. The author eventually suggests redesigning a few curricular aspects.

Abstract

This book promotes a new understanding of the regional monograph. It investigates its research topic – the Carpathian Mountains – through the prism of institutions and organizations that have objectified it and have interacted in its governance over the past ten years. As such, the Carpathian Mountains never constitute an object per se in this book, but are rather understood as a region continuously objectified by discourses, inscriptions and practices. Four months of ethnographic field work under the direction of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) at the interim secretariat of the Carpathian Convention have unveiled environmental institutions that remain largely unknown to both the general public and to researchers.

Abstract

Cet ouvrage présente une nouvelle approche originelle à la vielle question de la variation du ne de négation en français moderne. Soigneusement établie sur un corpus de langue parlée, l’auteur présente l’hypothèse de la variation linguistique pluridimensionnelle : le clitique négatif ne est parfois réalisé, comme dans la phrase ma mère ne vient pas, mais très souvent omis, surtout dans la communication informelle : je viens pas. Comme toute variable linguistique, le ne de négation est soumis à un ensemble d’influences potentielles. À l’aide d’une analyse multifactorielle, Charlotte Meisner montre que la variation pluridimensionnelle du ne de négation est déterminée par un facteur-clé sous-jacent : la prosodie du français moderne.

Abstract

Ce livre a pour objectif la redécouverte de la théorie de la valeur du philosophe autrichien Christian von Ehrenfels; et l’analyse de la possible utilisation de sa théorie dans les sciences économiques actuelles. Après avoir fait connaissance avec Christian von Ehrenfels, l’accent est mis sur l’analyse des principaux traits de sa théorie. Sa complexité fascinante n’a d’égale que la volonté d’exhaustivité du philosophe autrichien. Le débat induit par la discussion sur son utilisation dans les sciences économiques actuelles conduit à la conclusion que le philosophe autrichien a ouvert la voie à une nouvelle perspective sur le processus de valorisation et qu’il mérite à ce titre de sortir de l’oubli.
